ITEMS LOST or DELAYED IN TRANSIT

If any item that you've ordered has not arrived within 14 CALENDAR DAYS (21 days for INTERNATIONAL orders) from the DATE YOU RECEIVED EMAIL SHIPPING CONFIRMATION FROM TAP  then please contact us immediately.

    We will evaluate each situation individually and offer corrective action options to you based on the specific details of your scenario.

        PRODUCT RETURNS (ONLY accepted for Defective Items or Product Exchange) -- NO REFUNDS OFFERED unless the item is DEFECTIVE

            RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (TAP Manufactured Products)

            *** LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ***

            All TAP MANUFACTURED products are offered with a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY to mean that TAP will REPAIR, REPLACE or REFUND any product found to have a MECHANICAL DEFECT which it impairs its ability to FUNCTION AS DESIGNED - (REFUNDS ONLY OFFERED WITHIN 90 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE).

            All warranty claims must be initiated by the end user. The end user will responsible for return shipping charges and for contacting TAP to arrange for the return of mechanically defective products.
