SHIPPING POLICIES & REFUND/RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING POLICIES:

  • ALL orders of TAP manufactured products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise noted.
  • In most instances TAP manufactured products (with the exception of The Hybrid™️ and The Hybrid Pro™️ stabilizers) are shipped SAME BUSINESS DAY if ordered by 2 PM Eastern time. 
  • The Hybrid™️ and The Hybrid Pro™️ are manufactured when ordered and order fulfillment may take up to 7-14 business days depending on demand, raw material inventory and TAP's manufacturing schedule.

  • ATHENS BOWS are shipped directly from the Athens factory and order fulfillment may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on demand and Athens' manufacturing schedule.
  • SWORD SIGHTS AND TREELIMB QUIVERS are shipped directly from the Sword/Treelimb factory and order fulfillment may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on demand and their manufacturing schedule.

    RETURNS FOR REFUND or EXCHANGE (TAP Manufactured Products)

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
    • WE WILL HONOR RETURNS FOR DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP OR MECHANICAL FAILURE:

    We will replace or refund an item if it has been found to be defective in a manner that impedes its ability to function as designed and the defect occurs WITHIN 1 CALENDAR YEAR of your purchase. If you need to return a defective item send us an email at sam@titaniumarcheryproducts.com or call 717-885-9636 Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm EST.

    TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN WE REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE:

    After your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    SALE ITEMS (if applicable):

    Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


    To return your product, you should mail your product via the U.S. Postal Service to: Titanium Archery Products 225 Reynolds Mill Rd. York, Pennsylvania 17403

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping your item will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item with a value of over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
