ITEMS LOST or DELAYED IN TRANSITIf any item that you've ordered has not arrived within 14 CALENDAR DAYS from the DATE YOU RECEIVED EMAIL SHIPPING CONFIRMATION FROM TAP then please contact us immediately.

Returns of TAP manufactured products are ONLY ACCEPTED when the customer would like to receive a REFUND/EXCHANGE on a "LIKE NEW" CONDITION product (Clearance/Blem items excluded).
the item in question has displayed a defect in workmanship that impedes its ability to function AS DESIGNED.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item to us with a value of over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will REPAIR OR REPLACE an item if it has been found to be defective in a manner that impedes its ability to function as designed. If you need to return a defective item CALL or TEXT (717) 814-9169 Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm Eastern Time.
After your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of our decision to repair or replace.
