We NOW OFFER FLAT RATE SHIPPING OPTIONS

    ANY ORDER UP TO $99.99 =         $5.00 FLAT RATE (U.S. Only)

    ANY ORDER $100 or GREATER = $8.25 FLAT RATE (U.S. Only)

    • Orders of TAP manufactured products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise noted.
    • In MOST instances TAP manufactured items are shipped SAME BUSINESS DAY if ordered by 2 PM Eastern time.
    • ALL TAP MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR FACILITY IN YORK, PENNSYLVANIA


    ITEMS LOST or DELAYED IN TRANSIT

    • If any item that you've ordered has not arrived within 14 CALENDAR DAYS from the DATE YOU RECEIVED EMAIL SHIPPING CONFIRMATION FROM TAP  then please contact us immediately.
    • We will evaluate each situation individually and offer corrective action options to you based on the specific details of your scenario.

    WE CANNOT offer REFUNDS for lost / late shipments UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED ONE OF OUR SHIPPING OPTIONS THAT INCLUDES SHIPPING INSURANCE! 


      PRODUCT RETURNS

      Returns of TAP manufactured items are ONLY ACCEPTED when the customer would like to exchange a NEW & UNOPENED item for another TAP manufactured item

      OR

      the item in question has displayed a defect in workmanship that impedes its ability to function AS DESIGNED.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

      If you are shipping an item with a value of over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

        We will REPAIR OR REPLACE an item if it has been found to be defective in a manner that impedes its ability to function as designed. If you need to return a defective item send us an email at sam@titaniumarcheryproducts.com or call (717) 814-9169‬ Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm Eastern Time.


        After your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of our decision to repair or replace.
